Transferring from a top house theta to either here or ASU. What's theta's rep like?

They're new, they just started back up last semester, but they're already low middle tier, above DZ and AGD.
HALF of the girls are super cute. Other half is eh

It's honestly just going to be hard and a weird adjustment because they're new, but they already have a ton of events and socials and everyone is super stoked to be in it, but i'd definitely recommend SDSU over ASU despite that!

It depends on what you're looking for. If you're in it for just the partying and popularity I'd probably go ASU as they're already established and pretty hot. The one here is really new so the sisters still don't even know each other all that well yet but they're also on the rise so it's a good chance to change it up

i mean if you're looking for school definitely sdsu over asu lol. but if you're coming from a place where theta is top this ones brand new so it's gonna be a lot different.
