Since there's so much speculation, here's what I've heard is to be fact within the greek community.

Starting with the obvious:
DG is losing their house to Theta and will most likely be moving into ADX's house (the christian sorority across from FIJI).
PIKE is 100% moving into the stacks into ZBT's courtyard, right next to phi psi since Sigma Chi is taking back their house
Theta Chi is NOT moving. DG submitted a bid for the house for a lease but Theta Chi rejected it.
SAE is NOT losing their house to PIKE as PIKE is going to the stacks
Phi Delt is also rumored to go to the stacks, not sure about this one though
Looks like the stacks are going to be mostly fraternities again (unless phi kap gets kicked off)

Adding on
"DG's house" was never truly their house. It was always Theta's. DG just lived there during the years when Theta was kicked off (they lived in what is now the FIJI house prior to the 2012-2013 school year).
Sigma Nu will be moving into their old house at the west end of fraternity row (Viejas Arena side) next fall.
There is talk of Delta Sig coming back next fall. If that happens they will get their house (where DU currently lives) back.
DU is currently building their new house on the site where the old house was. Not sure when it will be done however.
Someone is building something next to Theta Chi's house. I don't know what that is but a few months ago someone said on here that Sigma Alpha Mu (a fraternity that was kicked off back in 2009) had plans for a new house on campus. Maybe that's them?

Nobody is completely sure yet. Theyre trying to get the christian house (ADX)on the corner but if they can't they might be homeless

Why did sigma chi buy their house back if they're not on campus anymore??

They didn't buy their house back. You can't buy something back that you never sold. They simply leased it out to Pike this year, ZBT the year before that and Theta Chi the two years before that. Now they are going to live there next year.
