contrary to popular belief, there are other characteristics of a sorority that makes it a top house besides being "hot". Some of those include a sorority's campus involvement, sisterhood, philanthropy, etc. The attractiveness of girls in a certain sorority alone do not make it a top house.

Don't see why not. Aphi may have a few more attractive girls ( fall class was very average) BUT no sisterhood to speak of, low campus involvement, and average philan. AXO got better girls in fall and have a better sisterhood ( not perfect by any means but better than Aphi) and are more involved/seen on campus.
