When Sigma Chi comes back on this semester, they will not automatically be a top house. They will still start at the bottom like any other new house. No one cares how good they were before anyone who currently goes to this school even went here.

I posted this because I already know that the second Sigma Chi is officially back on campus, a bunch of ranking threads are gonna pop up on here putting them at #1
