frat rankings (this semester social)

Social:
SigEp: They won this year since they were the only top house who threw down consistently, had a lot of socials and parties. They went all out on their chapter house parties (cat in the frat cost 10k) and SigEp has a satellite game like no other. They throw full themed parties at satellites.

SAE: 2nd solely because of Splash House. After that they went silent after a supposed 30 day CAPP on their chapter house which turned out to be far worse and haven't partied since. Party at satellites a lot but not that great.

Phi Psi: Phi Psi threw down quite a bit and their bangers were some of the best at state but didn't have many socials with sororities.

Theta Chi: Didn't really throw down this semester, parties kind of sucked. They do have some strong satellites but don't use them to their full advantage. They have been having socials with top sororities though but overall haven't raged hard.

Phi Kap: they have been silent for the past 3 months and haven't done anything. As a whole they are still a top house and girls love them, but socially this semester did not do well at all

AEPi: Same old AEPi.

Pike: Ok, obviously gonna be called a pike for putting them here, but socially do pretty ok for themselves, below everyone but KA and Sig Nu as a whole but socially have more things with sororities than anyone not listed above.
