SAE-undisputed top house. guys are kinda douchey but what do you expect. splash house was lit
Sig Ep-threw a good amount of bangers this semester
Phi Kap-clinging to their spot in top tier because of past semester's reputation
Phi Psi-also threw a good amount of lit parties this semester
Theta Chi-parties were honestly not as lit as i expected. still pretty good though
Ksig-on the come up with their PC. parties are always a good time
Aepi-Heaven & Hell was lit and they have a solid spot in middle tier
Pike-Girls love pike. guys hate pike. From a girls point of view pike is mid
Fiji-Pretty good pledge class and have thrown some pretty decent parties
KA-don't hear about their parties but have seen some attractive guys wearing the letters
DU-where geeds go to party. nice guys though
Phi Delt-literally don't know anything about them
Sig Nu-new, and all of the pledges ive met are kinda weird

Aphi-undisputed top house
Axo-gets a bad rep but the girls are chill & hot
Pi Phi-have heard a lot of them are really gossipy about each other. overall seem very fake and are slipping in my opinion
Gphi-solid 4th, gap between them and pi phi is smaller now.
Dg-could switch with KD by next fall depending on PC. they had a rough semester
Kd-new pledge class is super hot but have heard theres a lot of dabs
Theta-more attractive pc than expected, will have to work to move up in ranks. they have potential
Agd-nice girls
dz-bottom house. nice girls
