theta chi losing house?

I heard that DG was getting Theta Chi's house soon. Is this true? If so, where will they be??

All i know is that the Thetas are taking the DG house right? And i think i heard confirmation about Theta Chi getting their house taken away

It seems like their alumni are down the hole in debt for their house, and one way to ensure they keep it is to lease it out. In this case DG.
