2016 rankings with explanations - pasta

Top: Penne/Rotini/Farfalle
Upper Middle: Spaghetti/Fettuccine/Tortellini/Ravioli
Middle: Elbow Macaroni/Angel Hair/Lasagna/Rigatoni
Lower Middle: Acini de Pepe/Ziti/Shells
Bottom: Rotelle/Fusilli/Linguine

Notes:
-Top tier comes down to personal preference, although Penne continues to dominate for the most part. Farfalle has made moves.
-Tortellini is NOT top tier, so stop saying they are. Maybe when you're featured in more dishes, sure.
-Elbow macaroni can go either Middle or Upper Middle. Depends on personal preference.
-Rigatoni is FALLING
-Rotelle, stop saying you're "on the rise" because you've literally been in zero pasta dishes since those weird versions of pasta salad.

Good--but I would move Lasagna up behind Spaghetti since they were the
first two charters on campus and both cross pref the same girls during
rush!!!
