by: jSo if the schools given them permission to officially reactivate in 2017, whats their road ahead look like compared to a chapter like Pike or Sig Nu? Will they get their house back immediately like Phi Psi did in 2010 considering that was the last time a chapter here got suspended status (1.5+ years) as opposed to expelled (4+ years)? I know they were practically all freshmen and sophomores when they got suspended so the majority ofthem must be still enrolled at sdsu

As far as the school is concerned they were allowed to return this fall. It's their national office that is holding them back. The active members from when they were suspended who still go here would be the returning chapter's actives and I believe they would get their house back immediately.

Delta Sig, Phi Psi, Kappa Sig, and Sigma Nu all 100% do own houses at the row and have since the row was built in 2002-03. Not entirely sure about the other 4 chapter houses at this point though

This is true, whether they come back this coming spring or fall, they should have their house back by the fall 17 semester regardless.
