mid semester frat ranking opinions

SAE- still holding top house position but just barely. they don't have as many good looking guys as you would expect for top house
sig ep- pretty good pc this year, i think they are on the rise
phi kap-still holding the #3 spot for now but not for long
phi psi-going to take phi kap's spot soon. good looking group of guys
theta chi-hated on by a lot of people but they are fun and good looking
ksig-on the rise with their current PC
aepi- flying pretty low on the radar this year
ksig-haven't heard much about them
pike- get a lot of hate but they are pretty good looking guys
FIJI- decent. middle/low middle tier
DU- l/m tier but on the rise with their pc.
phi delt- haven't heard of anything from them this year
sig nu- not great looking guys but are very nice from what ive heard

aphi-do i even have to explain this one
axo-pledge class is cute, half of the girls are chill other half are super stuck up
pi phi-holding spot #3 barely. dirty rushing and their PC isn't as good looking as you would expect
gphisolid #4, but from the pledges Ive met they seem kinda stuck up
kd-on the rise with their PC, equal to dg now but dg is losing their house and is on probation
dg-falling quickly. in a bunch of trouble with the school which is a shame because their pc has potential
theta-came on way stronger than anyone expected. seen a lot of cute/hot pledges but theres some not so cute ones too. low/middle tier but on the rise
agd-bottom tier. some cute pledges
dz-bottom tier
