Can transfer juniors rush a fraternity and get a bid into an upper tier fraternity?

Honestly, no. Sorry man. Some frats don't even take juniors at all

I rushed the top tier fraternity's last year as a Junior transfer. Some fraternity's are open minded about it, but some aren't unfortunately. Just rush a bunch of houses and find the ones that are chill with it. You will know quickly which ones aren't. Good luck!

For the hundredth time, it's more about how you are as a person and whether or not you mesh well with the actives. If you don't get a bid to a top house it won't be because you are a junior transfer.

All top houses take juniors... Obviously not as many freshmen or sophomore. They usually take 1-10 per pledge class (Sig Ep, Phi Kap, Phi Psi) and SAE actually takes a little bit more.
