lack of diversity

Im african American and upon looking at pictures of sororities, I only see thin white girls with blonde or brunette hair. Be honest, do houses pick girls based on looks. If so then ill save my money... i already know the top 3 houses choose girls based on looks and social media followers.

Yeah top houses 100% pick based on looks. They also pick based on personality though. Anything after G-phi isn't really all that selective. Being black doesn't matter. Its being hot that matters.

also there are cultural sororities as well as major based frats/sororities who aren't picky about looks

Once you go below GPhi the sororities tend to weigh personality and how much you vibe/can hold a conversation with the girls over looks. As a non-white person I definitely feel that struggle, but as long as you're also not being picky, the right house will find you!
