Is it possible to rush SAE and Sig Ep as a junior transfer and get a bid? Or am I just wasting my time.

It's more about how you are as a person. If you aren't a goober and mesh well with the active members your grade level won't make much of a difference in whether or not you get a bid. If you don't get one, it won't be because you are a junior transfer.
