housing changes

Pike was slated to move into a house at fraternity row, either the old ZBT (between Kappa SIg & Phi Psi) or Sammy (between Phi Kapp & the student veterans house). But due to a recent alleged hazing incident, it's unclear if that's still happening.

ZBT I was under the impression still had another year left on their lease of Sigma Chi's house. If that's not the case though the only place I could see them moving would be back to their old house on the row. They lived there for almost 10 years and unlike all 7 other original fraternities on the row, they never once got kicked off campus. From what I know, they left frat row in the first place because their chapter saw a big drop in membership and they could no longer afford to pay for that house.

Fiji, like ZBT, currently doesn't have a long-term housing situation figured out yet as far as I know. The word is that they are leaving their current house and SDSU is demolishing it because they want the land for a campus welcome sign of some kind. This is purely speculation, but I'm thinking they'll move to the row into either the old Sammy or ZBT house.

DU is having their house demolished to make way for an enormous new house on the same property. They will be leasing the Delta Sig house on the row this school year while their new house is being built.

Here's what we know so far...
SAE: Staying in the same house
Sig Ep: Staying put
Phi Kap: Staying put
Theta Chi: Staying put
Phi Psi: Staying put
AEPi: Staying put
Kappa Sigma: Staying put
Kappa Alpha: Staying put
Phi Delt: Staying put
DU: Living in the old Delta Sig House next year while their new house is being built across the street
ZBT: If I had to guess they will at least live in the Sig Chi house next year. Not sure where they'll go when Sig Chi comes back.
FIJI: There are rumors that they are losing their house and the university is going to demolish it and build a sign there. Not sure where they would move if that happens.
Pike: Was supposed to get the old ZBT house next year but because of some Snapchat video I guess that isn't happening anymore? Could end up being homeless again next year.

You can see how much pull FIJI has with the university when they're trying to demolish their house to build some welcome sign there. I'd like to see them try that with SAE or Sig Ep hahaha.

I thought you said on another thread that ZBT moved out of their old house because their nationals pulled funding and not because of their chapter membership size. So which one is it?

The house was forclosed on by the bank. They can't move back in.
