For one, where's your source that they are coming back?
For two, ALL new houses start at the bottom.

Well they already own their house so they're definitely not getting a new one. I heard that they are getting their house back next fall, but I'm not sure who would live there since they have no active members.
This all begs the question: Where does DG go?

I don't know if this is true or not, but I heard that when DG got Theta's old house they took out a 5 year lease on it. That was 4 years ago, so if this is true they would now be in the final year of that lease.
