real end of year rankings and descriptions

1) SAE: Undisputed top house after this year. Killed it socially and with sorority relations. Now on probation so let's see if they keep themselves clean and don't do anything stupid.
2/3) SigEp/Phi Kap: SigEp fell this year just a bit in my opinion to now be in the same place as Phi Kap due to probation/chapter house CAPP'd. They started off the year strong but tapered off during spring. Phi Kap is the same place as they were since the start of this year. Both get off probation in the fall. My guess is that SigEp comes back strong while if they fix their internal problems and Phi Kap tries to throw a banger and gets put on probation again.
4/5) Theta Chi/Phi Psi: This one is tricky but its always been these two battling for the 4th house for a while now. Theta Chi has their house and better sorority relations but their reputation of try-hards is still sticking. Phi Psi had a good social year, some say second best to SAE, but their sorority relations are a bit less than Theta Chi. Who knows, Theta Chi might get their act together and continue rising while Phi Psi could keep having a great social calendar with growing sorority relations. Both have the potential to self destruct while trying to make it top tier though.
6) AEPi: Not much to say. Have a great campus leadership presence and have a decent enough social calendar to keep them just above the line of the large gap between the top 6 and the bottom 7.

7) FIJI: decent social calendar, enough to keep them above the last of them. Losing their house though I guess.
The rest can really be put in any order other than ZBT and Pike taking the tie for last but here it is in my opinion but at the same time I barely know anything about the rest.
8) Phi Delt/KA/Kappa Sig: Phi Delt throws things apparently and they are starting to get better according to some. KA throws things but with lesser sororities, Kappa Sig is getting stronger after coming back a few years ago and are coming off probation soon.
9) DU: Barely hear anything about them but when I do it doesn't seem that great but people are saying they are getting better and with a new house they might do something. who knows/who cares.
10) Pike: Just out of principle to be honest. Not sure if they're getting a house or not since there's been a lot of complications. Very big though and good at sports surprisingly. Should rise if they keep going at the rate they're going or they will fall because of the large amount of bids which killed Delta Sig.

Not 100% sure but a friend in FIJI said that the school might be building some sort of welcome sign which would take up their house.

Pike actually got into a few finals and were pretty good at intramurals. Just didn't win anything.

PIKE got into 1 IFC final and lost. So impressive... lol
They aren't even close to Phi Kap or Phi Psi at sports

And even if they had won some finals it wouldn't change the fact that they're the awkward kids who didn't get any bids

Pike won the intramural soccer championship last year and won the soccer title with DG. They also placed second in intramural basketball. Not a Pike, but everyone at least needs to know what really happened.
