transferring in the spring

I didn't have the opportunity to go to a four-year university due to the fact that I was trying to enlist in the military, unfortunately I was not accepted because of my eyesight. I will be transferring to SDSU next spring and I was wondering if it is difficult for a transfer student to get into a fraternity in the spring.
