anyway top 6 frats change?

pretty sure everyone can agree top 6 are
SAE
Sig Ep
Phi Kap
Theta Chi
Phi Psi
AEPi

Do you guys see any way that any of these frats could move up or down? (excluding getting kicked off obviously)

Look, whoever you are. It's more about the general consensus and the general consensus is that SAE is in the top 3 if not THE top house.

Phi Kap goes down and theta chi or phi psi move up. First time in a while that a house can become top tier without a top tier house getting kicked off

no way. all top house girls party with phi kap, and only some party with theta chi and phi psi.

As much as I hate phi kap, they aren't going down. They're getting good pledge classes and will start partying again eventually. Top house girls still like them way more than theta chi and phi psi except for a few.
