Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 2.7 If they get their old house back from pike in 2020 AND hold onto their off campus house as a satellite? Then sky is the limit for these new guys. For now still plenty of work to do. Need to work on recruiting and not letting rando creeps into your parties to scare girls away

House has potential. New PC class like the girl said below was pretty meh. Throw a banger which uses your whole backyard and you could challenge SigEp or any top tier for their buck

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 3.0 So I actually just came out from a party they threw. The music was kind of wack, maybe it was the dj (someone said it was a last minute dj). I met some of the PC this semester and it wasn’t strong at all. This house has a lot of potential though and could be top tier if managed right

I posted this FACT, as in I live on the street, and they had it taken off as it were some lie. double yikes. numerous people will tell you they were there as well. own up to it and make your parties safer smh

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 1.0 I went with my girls to their party last night and the experience was a nightmare. While some of the members were friendly, there was a handful that were disgusting. Being overly forward and touchy is one thing to be sadly expected by frats but to be followed out of the party and down a few streets..? I feel sorry for the nice guys in Zeta.
