Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 3.6 Definitely upper-middle tier, good group of guys, however on probation due to violations due to partying when they weren't supposed to. Also heard their pledge retention rate was terrible due to probation, possibly being a dry house, and the house drawing that they use for recruitment not actually happening anytime soon.
