Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 5.0 Here is the truth about Phi Kap. Are they a top house? Yes. But SAE and Sig Ep are better. Phi Kap has athletic jocks that are attractive. They also have a few guys who are involved on campus that keep them relevant. Phi Kap parties hard. Phi Kap thinks they are the best. People used to love going to Phi Kap when they weren't on probation. Phi Kap is now off probation. Phi Kap is still currently 3rd in the ranking but Phi Psi / Theta Chi are right behind them. Let's see what Phi Kap does.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 3.0 I started going to their parties but then realized how douchy the were. The parties weren't even that fun compared to lower frats..They guys aren't that cute to be that stuck up. Won't be going back for a while.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 2.6 falling off their "top tier" status, barely there by a hair. everyone knows phi kap isn't that fun anymore and their parties aren't even parties, they're basically dancing in a tiny dorm room. the guys are really good looking but very typical "frat bros" and are annoying.
