These guys are a good example of why a lot of girls shy away from bottom houses parties. Really a poor culture and it seems they all follow it

surprisingly good parties so far this year, they have a kinda smaller house but do a great job with it, nice guys with a bit of a reputation of not being as cool or as fratty as some other houses, but they still have some really hot guys, and they're all pretty nice dudes too. I really hope they keep on growing and getting better !!
