Dope frat. best guys, but chapter house isn't the nicest. The satellite houses are really nice. Villa is dope with a good view and fun parties.

Met a few of these guys in one of my classes. Super nice. Cute, friendly & smart. These guys will be the successful CEOs someday. Not sure why they are not a top house, but I have not met everyone. Still worth hanging with.

I wonder if anyone notices: right next to Alpha Epsilon Pi is Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and next to that is Pi Beta Phi. Remove Sigma, Beta, and Phi; and you are left with Alpha Epsilon Pi. Now you see that there are two AEΠ’s next to each other.
