Coming from someone at another school who started their chapter, its hard to get your foot in the door. These girls didnt have older girls to bring them to frat parties. They don't know a lot of stuff they should be doing. Because they are new they took a huge pledge class and that meant letting some strange girls in. They will be weeded out, and you guys are on a great start already to building a strong chapter. Keep it up girls!
