Because this house was on probation I did not get to know them until second semester but every guy I have met has been really cool. They are definitely very respectful of girls and its refreshing after dealing with disrespectful guys at some other houses. They throw good parties and are definitely a top house.

Love this house! guys are really laid back and funny. I always have a good time going to phi kap, even if its just to hang with a few of the guys on a night when nothing is going on. they're really easy to get along with and probably my favorite frat to go to.
