exactly like the first comment said, these are the guys that couldn't get into kappa sigma or phi delt. no one even knows who is in it.

Phi delt seems to be a group of guys that never hangout together. no brotherhood. they do some community service but thats all. the guys are more of a weekend service group than a brotherhood. they don't go out much at all.

Good group of guys, but they don't do much community service and exist only as the "better" alternative to Kappa Sigma. Somewhat exclusive, they don't promote their activism as much as they could.
