Phi delt is no longer better than ato/kappa sig/ sigma chi. They're pledge classes have been ass lately and it's just unrealistic for an off campus fraternity to be Better than an on campus one

The only people putting DDD above Zeta is DDDs lol. KD and ZTA are just a different level of top tier. The nice house doesn't make up for all the girls they hide in the kitchen when their facey girls take pics, and like all the girls KD and ZTA dropped before pref ended up going DDD :/ ZTA and KD are on TFM and other sites like almost daily.

Aside from that the ranking is pretty accurate especially the middle tiers

Sounds like a comment from a basic white girl extremely caught up in the idea of materialistic things. DDD is definitely the best coming from a guy's perspective. most fun and extremely good looking and not fake.
