should i rush a sorority?

Hi guys!

I'm going to be an incoming junior transfer student this upcoming fall. I know that a lot of the sororities at my old school don't take junior pledges. I'm a little bit older since I took some time off of school, though, and am worried it'll be a little weird if I rush. I'm really just interested in the involvement and philanthropy. Is rushing still an option for me or should I just go for service based fraternity/sorority like APO or GSS?

I love APO and have great friends there, I think it's a great option.
However sorority recruitment is in the fall before school starts, so I would HIGHLY recommend you try it. If you don't match with a sorority you like, you can reach out to APO once the semester starts.
There's a super sweet girl in DZ who's something like 26-27, so a really nice oolder girl may still have a chance.

DO IT! I did it and I have no regret in doing so. I made it to a really good sorority and I Love it. You will always wonder what it would be like if you never give it a try
