From a girl's perspective: ATO because of the on campus house and their recent pc's. But go where you see yourself being friends with the guys the most

If you're more into the gym/sports, Phi Delt. If you come from money and want connections, ATO. Both have the best socials and are top on campus no doubt. Just depends where you fit.

Don't wast your York with phi delt. Why would you want to be in an off campus fraternity? Literally ato ksig and sigma chi are better

I personally like phi delt more than ato. They're the type of guys that are hard to get to know, they're not so welcoming and a little bit arrogant. They do have a lot of money and always seem to know how to have fun without being too out of control and they do have a lot of hot guys. They also have a house on campus which is convenient for tailgates (and they always have yummy shots). Phi delt are the athletic guys, they're surprisingly super sweet and are genuine the second you meet them. They're the guys you bring home to mom. They are a lot of fun to be around in any circumstance, weather you want to be chill or go out and have a good time, they excell in sports and they do have good connections. The only thing that sucks ass about phi delt is their house which is covered in mold everywhere you go, it's a problem.

Here is some advice........Neither ATO and Phi Delts are worth it. Put your money to better use instead of give it to one of those goober frats.
