And UCF wontbe selling it. Kappa, theta, and chiO all wanted to buy their house.

plus, when pike mansion was a thing, they tore that down and made completely new houses. They would probs tear down theta chi because it is kinda damaged inside. They could at least repaint the house and re-sheetrock and paint the interior.

What are you saying??? Theta Chi is completely fine in the inside its owned by UCF they take care of it, have maintenance done in it and have someone clean once a week just like any other UCF owned property. The reason they tore down the Pike mansion was because PIke didn't take care of it at all which is one of the reasons why they got kicked off. Seeing as how they were able to gain ownership of the property they decided to tear it down and construct two sorority houses (Chi O & Kappa).
