actually there has been. numbers were really high this year for recruitment and if it keeps going up we could see a new chapter in the next couple of years.

there still aren't any serious talks though, and it'll be years before a new chapter colonizes

But fraterntities in the process of colonizing back are sig ep and pike.

There is zero chance Pike comes back... Sig ep on the other hand is in the process of coming back I believe.

There won't be any new chapters until there is a housing plan in place and funded for the unhoused chapters. I'd say give it like 5 or 6 years.
