which lower tier fraternities should we be looking

Essentially that, I'm just curious to see which lower tier fraternity people think will actually be able to do something with themselves

Honestly I could see SAE doing great things. They have like 30 years worth of UCF Alumni, and they've gotta have quite a bit of money put away from when they sold their house after being kicked off in 2005. They suck ass right now, and are full of goobers... but their alumni will take care of everything

They always pull more hot guys than other lower tiers and have been climbing the last few years and are solidly now the best bottom tier frat.

DY is still a low tier to me but I see them rising pretty rapidly, I see them around a lot

Du Isn't bottom at all. I went on their grab a date last month and there were so many top tier girls. Bottom is TKE, SAE, Pi Kappa Phi, FIJI, Sigma Nu and AEPi
