Nothing is concrete yet because they still have time to appeal their case, etc. These kinds of things generally take a long time, and UCF is pretty terrified of accidentally creating another Gazoni, so everything is being done very carefully, apparently.

I mean you could go to ato and kappa sig. Both have way better tailgates than sigma chi

not true. Kappa Sig usually is lacking on the alcohol and is so crowded it makes it not fun. ATO has plenty of alcohol but the brothers aren't very friendly or interested in meeting people outside their friend group. I'm in a top tier sorority and a lot of my sisters refuse to go to ATO because they say the brothers aren't welcoming and they feel too awkward. Sigma Chi was best of both worlds with a crap load of alcohol, a spacious house, and the brothers and pledges are very friendly, even if they're never met you before

if kappa sig is always crowded like you say then obviously it must be the most popular. Also on the alcohol portion if they were lacking on the alcohol why would it be crowded? If so maybe you always show up near the end of a tailgate so that's why they are low/out of alcohol?
