by: HmmmI love how the Pan sororities like to invite like to dance to hiphop music and twerk at these lip syncs, dance offs and what not, but won't really invite that many black women to to join their sorority. Don't use our culture, if you don't want us to represent your sorority.

Yeah sorry, inaccurate. My grand little and several others in my sorority are black.
The percentage is representative of black women who go through Pan recruitment in the first place.
And these pan women can dance often because of hip hop dance training growing up from even a young age, my cousin is in middle school on s hip hop dance team, so it's become a larger part of American culture.
