Recruitment Guide says
Day 2 & 3: UCF Day
What to Wear: Tshirts will be provided by Panhellenic

Do we wear that one tshirt on both days?
When do we receive the shirt - Sunday night?
What's the color? Is it Black/Gold?

You get the shirt sunday night!! Pretty sure it is not black/gold. I'm not positive what color it will be but I would assume white shorts would match whatever it is just make sure they aren't like too short

Last year we received two shirts, one for each UCF day, on Sunday night. One was bright pink and one was bright blue. They will be promoting Panhellenic and don't have anything to do with UCF so expect bright colors, not black and gold. Hope this helps!
