why are tri delts even top tier if nobody likes them and they aren't that good looking?

The tier system depends solely on looks at this point (maybe even how nice the house is) and most people consider tri delts good looking. Even if they're personalities aren't

Tridelt is proof the tier system is meaningless. They did so bad with retention they had to take a spring PC when several middle tiers didn't and a few even had bigger PCs that were just a cute.
Basically as long as frats think they're top, they are. Regardless of their sisterhood and lack of respect for the panhell community.

the fact that you are trying to make such a big deal about tri delt shows that they are relevant and big in UCF greek life. Stop worrying about other chapters and focus on your own.

no ones being snappy here. If they're considered top tier then obviously some people have to like them. And to say none of their girls are good looking is just a false statement
