Is it true that you shouldn't wear white or black to prefs because those are normally the colors that the chapters wear?

you can wear whatever looks good on you but in general yes that's what colors the sororities will be wearing on pref

Not all sororities will be wearing black or white this year, just a heads up. Wear whatever you are comfortable in and truly shows off your best assets.
