No sorority will openly admit to dirty rushing, they would get in trouble. However, I believe every sorority secretly dirty rushes in their own little ways.

one tried to subtly dirty rush my friend so yeah, they do. I'd assume they all do similar things.

I have a good friend in a top tier who says they specifically budget to pay fines to Pan for breaking recruitment rules. My middle tier chapter didn't want to waste money paying fines so we were very thoroughly warned throughout recruit prep week that we were not to dirty rush and reminded of all the rules.
