Not sure if you're a guy or girl.
If you're a girl you will be assigned someone to talk to in each house and they will approach you as soon as you enter the house. Just be yourself and talk about topics that will make you more memorable.

If you're a guy, you have to take more of an initiative to talk to the members. Talk about your interests and try to be memorable.

Don't overthink the conversations. Have you never talked to someone new? The conversation will go back and forth naturally. The sisters will ask you questions, and you can ask them questions.

Like someone else said, as soon as you walk in your assigned girl will take you, you won't ever be alone or unsure where to go. As for what to talk about, like, literally anything. Don't be boring and talk about the weather or any snooze-worthy things. Sororities girls are literally trained before-hand on the art of conversation (something the top tiers know how to do especially well) so most girls you talk to will know how to keep awkward silences from happening. Feel free to ask questions, but make sure you talk about yourself because even though it's a friendly atmosphere, it really is almost like an interview. They want to see if your personality matches theirs, and they can't decide that if you don't tell them anything about yourself. Just keep in mind that the sorority girls are probably just as nervous as you are, they've just been trained not to let it show.
