You cannot judge how much it costs to live in the house when compared to other sorority houses.

UCF owns the Theta and Theta Chi houses and the rent is based on the rate UCF sets. It is not any different from living in a dorm and it is NOT Theta's fault for being more expensive than the other houses, UCF just wants to make as much money as they can off the greek system.

The Theta House does not cost anywhere near that to live in it.

Parlor fees were always included in dues and continue to be included. No extra expense.

Parlor fees were always included in dues and continue to be included. No extra expense. And if it were 2000 a month, no one could afford to live in that house, that would be per semester, get your facts straight before posting your ignorance.

you can't kick someone out on the streets if they can't find a place to live.

if they have the live-in points, incactives can always live in. frankly, the atmosphere is Much more chill in the house when inactives live in and more fun. more relaxed on the rules. Theta is awesome at UCF despite being new. Get over it.

agreed. I loved when inactives moved in. we had one who was VPD and then family money probs so she had to be inactive and work full-time. it was nice and mellow at the house and people were more relaxed about the drinking and boys rules too. it was awesome.
