transferring chapters

I'm transferring to UCF, I am affiliated at the school I am at now, but before I ask my VPM to contact the new chapter, I wanna know if most UCF transfers greeks get treated the same? Would I be able to participate in your recruitment? Our rules here for recruitment are different.
