Tiers have nothing to do with semester dues
correlation does not equal causation
Top tiers are generally the ones that have been around longest and generally have nicer houses and meal plans where the new ones don't, so their dues are higher.
TriDelt isn't above ZTA and KD and ADPi is barely top tier so lol

for new members the first semester is more expensive than the rest, so the first price you see on the website is for new members in their first semester. It also shows the price for if you live in the house, and then the price for everyone who isn't a new member and doesn't live in the house.These prices that were posted are the costs for girls who aren't in the new member period and aren't living in the house.
