Proof again....Where do we see that Chi O got the 2nd house?

Whoever is saying that a fraternity should get the 2nd house instead of a sorority is clearly incorrect... There's a cold place in hell reserved for women who don't help other women... and whoever is making a comment like that "on behalf of the housed sororities" doesn't understand the meaning of Panhellenic sisterhood and is NOT speaking for ALL of the houses on campus.

all of them have meetings today, just at different times...

ucf obviously saw something in these two chapters and that is why they were selected to get a house. Yes some people are upset but we are all Panhellenic sisters and should act that way.

all chapters housed, unhoused, newhoused are still for and excited about central locations, which is why it passed. just because you dont have the social skills to talk about something other than your house doesnt mean everyone has that problem

That's some nice math that you did there, seems like you have had Theta Chi on your mind alot lately for you to think all this through. Unfortunately you are still incorrect. I was also incorrect in saying they would go up to $700, they are actually going up to $750. You are not factoring in money that is in savings, or money that was donated to their chapter. When they recently voted to apply for the house, they also voted to take this semesterly dues increase of $250 more than they are paying now. This decision also meant that they will pay $200 dues over the summer.

I'm not sure why you're so concerned with this, unless you just want them to fail, but they have done their math. I'm quite sure they've thought everything through and have figured it all out.

And to everyone who still insists that "half the chapter is dropping," I'll repeat that there are only 2 brothers who have expressed difficulties in paying for these dues. Just leave it alone and be happy for these boys.

pnms have said to me the only reason they choose housed chapters is because.. well.. that reason. a house. thats it. nothing else.

WTF why can't everyone just be supportive of the two chapters that got the houses?? We knew two new orgs would be joining greek park why must you bash them? why does everyone hate everyone else so much!?!?!?!??!?
