I was told that it was another rumor, that UCF is neither confirming or denying anything thus yet of the sort. This is from a house corp.

Theta found out yesterday and have the weekend to choose which house they want. Rumor is the sisters want SigEp. It's not official because the house was offered to them, and they have to accept the offer first. Thus OFSL can't announce the two chapters in case one of them doesn't want to accept. It was announced at IFC the first choice would know before Friday and be given the weekend to decide and that's what happened. We will know who get's 2nd choice (likely the SAE house) on Monday or Tuesday. CFF hasn't been covering anything on the housing news, why would they start now? The staff thinks greek life is dumb and as usual only reports the "bad" stories.

There is no way The selection committee picked a fraternity to go in there... so its between Chi O and Kappa. I think Chi O got it because they have better numbers/retention/more money and contribute the more on campus. BTW I am not a chi o, i just think kappa is way more down on the list than chi o.
