Don't judge any sororities (top or not) sisterhood before you really know how it is. The people saying things about other sororities sisterhoods are probably GDIs as well, they have no idea. Just like you.

Besides, if you're a GDI, and you have no interest in rushing.. why are you on here?

I ran into this website off google looking up nationals webpages. I said I wouldnt rush top tier because im skeptical on why they erally are "top-tier" I didnt say I wasnt going to rush at all. If anything I wouldnt mind going AXiD I know a couple people in there. Im just saying Im not too sure about "ZTA" or "KD"

If you accually reverse the rankings, then it looks about right. KD, ADPI, ZTA, DDD are the best, and thats fact. alpha Xi and Pi Phi are decent though

If you could understand the process by which selection happens, you may understand it better. It's very complicated. It doesn't mean that those girls were being fake. I actually had the very same thing happen to me, and when they say "you end up where you belong", they weren't lying. I took my second choice, with some hesitation. I would NEVER, NEVER change my choice now. I am so happy that I didn't get my first choice. and maybe the choice that you made to decline your bid was right for you, but I think maybe you should have at least given your second choice a chance. You always could have dropped before initiating if you really didn't like it. Just remember, everything happens for a reason. I hope you end up somewhere you love this time around!! (if there is one)
