professional fraternities

can I be in both a professional co-ed fraternity and a panhellenic sorority? I want to rush for one of the professional fraternities this spring, but I also want to go through sorority recruitment in the fall. If I had to choose I would pick the panhellenic sorority, but if I can be in both that would be great.
