The hazing incident was 2 girls out of a chapter with 180. Don't let the actions of those two people damper your decision. Some of my best friends are Chi O's and they have a great sisterhood despite what all has happened with them. Give them a chance, if you like them you like them, if you don't it's no big deal.

Okay Chi O I understand your trying to promote yourself in the greatest light possible. But you told on yourselves clearly so that you would not get the chapter closed for good by your nationals. And regardless you guys have moved down and other soroities are taking your spot.... And if I were going through spring recruitment chi omega would be the last organization I would go to.....

I would actually join an organization with a hazing incident because clearly they are going to be even more well behaved as to not get in trouble again. Common sense?
In the case of Chi Omega it was an isolated incident and clearly not condoned by their organization, why else would they tell on themselves and get repercussions for it?
