Well houses are based on seniority, so next in line would be AEPhi. Then DZ. Then GPhi.

No one "deserves" a house more than anyone else. UCF does it based solely on who was on campus first.

As of right now I don think there are any plans for more houses until there's more space to develop.

AEPhi is next in line for a house (its be who has been on campus the longest). They definitely want one

yea, we want one. We just werent going to rent out a frat house to use like dz and gphi for personal reason.
