I noticed that the top tier sororities are the ones with the highest dues. Is this just a coincidence or do they raise their dues because they're top tier?

Not all chapters have meal plan, Nor do they have as expensive houses that top tiers do. Also the top tier sororities go on much more extravagent events which cost more money.
