live-in requirements?

No. I know Theta has had some issues with getting enough girls to move into the house and strongly encourage it, but no one at UCF is required to live in the house. The exceptions are, many sororities have a rule that if you hold an executive position (like president, etc) you have to live in the house.
Living in house is usually something most girls want to do so it's competitive to get to live there. No one is being forced but most girls want to anyway so no one has to be forced.
